The service was excellent, a friendly, smiling waiter made this a dinner to remember. Good food too, the seared tuna was perfectly cooked. Gnocchi and melanzane parmigiana were very tasty. Tiramisu a bit sloppy, we prefer a better defined biscuit base and coffee flavour.

Awesome restaurant. Every course was amazing. We sat for about 20 minutes before having our drink orders taken, but ive noticed that service is a tad slower in Italy in general. No issue! Had the clam pasta. Best meal ive ever had. Try the apple pie too!

On our second night in San Margherita Ligure, we wanted to try another local fare restaurant and we happened to walk past this place the night before. From the outside the place had a good ambience and a reasonable crowd and so the food must be good. Reviews were consistent. Service was fast. Sommelier recommended a nice white. Overall we liked the food. The portions looked a bit smaller compared to pictures from other reviews eg anchovies were smaller and few in the salad and the grilled tuna seemed smaller in size and number. Having said that, we are small eaters and we enjoyed the quality of food and ambience.

the food is beyond excellent very fresh pasta . the amazing team make sure you had a great time. very good experience. I definitely recommend it to everyone who pass by Santa margarita Liguria.
